Our Techniques

Chiropractic adjusting techique.

We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience.

Dr. Forsythe's procedures for correcting spinal misalignments that are irritating your nervous system include using a series of muscle and reflex tests to determine the location of the problem and adjusting instruments to correct the problem area.  The speed of the adjusting instruments thrust is over a 1,000 times faster than a hand thrust, and this increased speed eliminates the tendency of the muscles attached to the problem area of the spine fighting back.  The majority of these adjustments are done while you are lying face down on specially constructed adjusting tables.

If you’ve been to a chiropractor before and prefer to be adjusted in a particular way, let Dr. Forsythe know. We want you to relax, enjoy and fully benefit from your chiropractic care.

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Kelowna parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
Would you rather feel good or be healthy?
Ask most people in Kelowna and they want to feel good. Careful! Would you take medicine that makes you feel good, rather than vomit to expel improperly prepared food? Every chiropractic practice member knows that you can't measure your health by how you feel. True health is when your body works as it should.
