Custom Orthotics

Custom Orthotics, Dr. Dale Forsythe80-85 per cent of the population have abnormal foot mechanics. Combine this with lack of proper care, ill fitting shoes and general foot neglect, and you can easily understand why our feet need better care and support.

It is important to understand that your feet have a direct impact on the rest of your body. A small abnormality in foot function can have a large impact on the joints that are located higher up in the body. It can also have a major impact on various internal body functions.

One 1988 study revealed that wearing orthotics lowers blood pressure, slows the heart rate and increases stamina. This occurs even in people with general good health and no history of foot or leg problems! So it’s clear that orthotics and proper shoe fit are very important aspects of your overall health.Kelowna Custom Orthotics, Dr. Dale Forsythe
